This is done using an invisible image known as a beacon, which you will be able to track in your logs. == Installation == 1. Unzip the downloaded package 2. Open ".htaccess" in notepad and modify "http://website.com/wordpressroot/" to change to the actual root of the blog site. It needs to be set so people cannot access your log. Save the file. 3. Upload the folder with all files to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory 4. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress 5. Go to the Feed Beacon settings and set the trackable code. |
